When my client was signed up for hospice we met the most wonderful ladies who went above&beyond to help our client.Lori her nurse&the cna’s Veronica&Aminata.These ladies re the most amazing&loving,caring beautiful!!!Whenever we called&ask a question or needed supplies they were right there with them.Lori comes&visits our client&her face lights up the room when Lori comes.The cna’s Veronica&Aminata are the most amazing loving beautiful caring ladies!!!They are so amazing&phenomenal.They are very friendly&loving&caring&do they do a awesome job!!!!!Journey Hospice is a wonderful&great!!!!Lori always checK

Where to start Lori is such an amazing nurse she made this rough and difficult time for us so much easier and loving she taught us so much and gave us so much information on ques time lines and ways to prepare for the worse it was an amazing time to have her for the time that we had her she made my grandmother comfortable and happy and thats big to say for someone that didn’t like anyone at all her energy just made the rollercoaster a smooth ride thank you Lori and thank you journey hospice you guys are amazing!

We used their services for our beautiful grandmother. They introduced themselves and answered all of our questions. They offered us all individual counseling from the start for those of us that needed it. When we stated that we wanted to travel with her to Puerto Rico Lori (one of the best nurses in the world) told us they we could get the accommodations for her there as long as we provided all of the pertinent information. My grandmother was very happy to see her and always looked forward to her visits. Lori kept giving us updates and explaining what the updates meant in terms of timeframes for grandma passing. Grandma loved plants and they planted flowers together and she became a companion for her. This put a smile on grandma’s face although she was in pain and knew she was dying. She always checked on us and asked if we needed anything. Then they gave her some spiritual counseling weekly with the Chaplin Roman. Then they organized grandma getting her last rites done. Lori was with grandma when she took her last breath and she told her not to be afraid and that they we all loved her and it would be ok. It made me feel like Lori was sent by angels to be there and help her transition the her next journey. Overall, I would recommend Journey hospice to anyone that may have the misfortune of caring for someone that would just need comfort care because there was nothing that could be done because they do it with care, love, understanding and humility. Thank you Lori, you will be in our family forever.
