My wife and I were extremely satisfied with the care given to her Father for the approximately 6 months that he was under the care of Morning Star Hospice and Palliative Care. The RN we were assigned was beyond great. She was there whenever we needed an answer or needed advice. She was, very compassionate and understanding, every single time we had to reach out to her. The Nurses Aides that would also spend time with my wife’s father, were also so very kind and supportive. They were never in a hurry, always willing to talk, listen and help with anything. He spoke very highly of all of them. They were just the best. The entire process, and it can be a difficult process, was explained to us and we understood what was going on the entire time. This was so comforting, because it truly could have been a whole lot more difficult without their knowledge and how that knowledge was presented to us. We are extremely pleased that we used Morning Star Hospice and Palliative Care and would absolutely use them in the future and we would recommend them to anyone to use. If fact we have already recommended them to others that were in need of Hospice Care.
