I worked for Help at Home since it was Excel .. about six years taking care of my mom until her passing in march … I first started with Janette, then Amanda and my last case manager Anastasia C. .. I just want to say Help at home has the been the best agency by far. i’ve been with Excel for about eight years until my first client passed away as of right now I’m taking care of my grandmother, Excel goes above and beyond for her. Charles my case manager makes sure my grandmother has all the accessories she needs to make sure she stays healthy and safe. My grandmother is well taken care of with help at home. If there’s a glitch in the system or if there’s a threat with her services Charles is calling me as soon as possible I just want to say thank you guys for being a part of my support system.
