Not good! Nurse Mallory is very rude!!! Nurse called to come do labs and I told them labs would not be needed that day since the oncologist was going to complete same labs later that afternoon! So she reported us to Adult Protective Services for “refusing services”! APS determined that the report was unfounded, but Central PA VNA never came back & never returned our calls! Just dropped my husband who had BRAIN CANCER as a patient after reporting us to APS! I think that is patient abandonment!

Be warned, if they don’t want you as a patient, you require too many skills or too much time, they may drop you via a report to APS!!!!!! No one deserves to be treated that way! They certainly don’t emphasize the “care” in healthcare!
