Jack, the administrator, is hands down one of the most hands-on, approachable, and dedicated leaders I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with. He doesn’t just manage the building from behind a desk — he walks the halls, knows the staff and residents by name, and makes himself available to families and team members alike. His professionalism, compassion, and strong presence create a culture of accountability and warmth throughout the facility. You can tell that every department runs more smoothly because of his leadership — from admissions to maintenance, dietary to therapy.

Shelby, the Director of Nursing, is equally impressive. Her clinical expertise is top-notch, but what sets her apart is her heart. She treats every resident like family and every staff member with respect. Her team follows her lead — delivering care with empathy, urgency, and attention to detail. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff goes above and beyond — the nurses are attentive, the aides are compassionate, and the rehab team is top-notch. My loved one received outstanding therapy and made great progress in a short time.
