It was my first time at the facility, and I was welcoming granted ran through security surge. They was definitely efficient when I went to my son‘s floor to observe his process of him finally, getting his life back in order together people were welcoming and speaking, and answered all my questions, not even knowing that it was my son that I was there to give a haircut too. The staff was very helpful and prompting answer me some questions. Make sure me and my son was OK. I really appreciate it and made me feel better about myself for today.
